New conditions during COVID-19
Here we share some new conditions that we will apply in our e-commerce and stores while the state of alarm lasts. Also the working and safety conditions that we have implemented.
Our E-Commerce still working. That is why we keep uploading new products and promotions. These are some measures you have to know if you decide to buy online:
The delivery service continues working normally and within the established standard deadlines, except in certain areas with restrictions for total confinement.
We continue to deliver within normal deadlines (2 to 5 business days). But, if you prefer, you can choose during the purchase that we deliver your order after the quarantine.
We have updated the shipping costs: during this period they will be free for purchases from € 40.
In addition, we extend the term of exchanges and returns to 60 days.
Warehouse and logistics
In order to keep the safety of our workers and all our packages, we have applied strict cleaning and maintenance conditions in our warehouse. Furthermore, our courier is implementing a completely aseptic order delivery system.
Temporary closure of all our physical stores
Safety first. For this reason, since last Friday, March 13, we decided to close all our stores in Madrid, Bilbao, Malaga and Amsterdam.
In case that you have made an order in store or want to make a return or an exchange, don't worry, you can do it when we open again without problems.
